The goal of a Clean Jaipur is not just cleanliness, but a renaissance of civic culture. "Clean City Jaipur" aims to free the city from dust, smoke, and waste.

Jaipur is a World Heritage City. Ancient walls, outposts, and havelis will be revitalized. A "Living Museum" concept will be applied in havelis.

– Dr. Sudhanshu Sharma, President
Dr. Sudhanshu is an Indian academician, politician, green activist, and climate change scientist. He is the co-founder of Suresh Gyan Vihar University, one of the NAAC 'A+' graded universities in Rajasthan. He also served as the founding First Vice-President of Suresh Gyan Vihar University between 2008–2010. In 2011, he founded the Bharatiya People's Green Party, based in Rajasthan, as its national president. The party is affiliated with the Naya Rajasthan think-tank and promotes the formation of a people's green zone.
